CEAT Dean's Office and CEAT Online Learning The CEAT Online Learning office provides administrative and technological support along with specialized recording classrooms and a studio to enable CEAT faculty to offer high quality online courses. Courses are open to non-degree seeking students who meet the course prerequisites. Nuclear Engineering Minor Oklahoma State University is part of the University Engineering Alliance (UEA). The UEA is a partnership of eight universities that offers online graduate and undergraduate coursework in nuclear engineering.
