Attention is devoted to business formation, risk management, recordkeeping, go-to-market strategy, contracts, facilities, dealing with suppliers, and intellectual property, among other issues. Includes focused attention on consulting within all the functional areas of an emerging enterprise operating under conditions of adversity. Periodic guest lectures by subject matter experts.
