Use of small unit defensive tactics and opportunities to plan and conduct training for lower-division students both to develop such skills and as vehicles for practicing leading. Description: For students who have not completed all of basic ROTC. A four-week summer camp similar to Army Basic Training. No military obligation incurred. Completion of MLSC 2122 qualifies a student for entry into the Advanced Course. Credit hours: 2

Planning and adapting to the unexpected in organizations under stress. Examination and application of lessons from leadership case studies. Examination of importance of ethical decision-making in setting a positive climate that enhances team performance.
